Your new Student ID and default password for online systems have been sent to the email address that you provided when you enrolled. With your new log in details first log in to your Office 365 email account, then go to Settings -> Password and follow the prompts (for help view this user guide). This is especially important as you can then change your password when it expires in 90 days. Once you have changed your password for Office 365 it will take approximately 10 minutes to transfer over to Blackboard.

Passwords Expire

Your password must be changed every 90 days. If you don’t, you won’t be able to login! See the information below how to do this.

How do I change my network password?

You are able to reset your network password using Office365. This password is synchronised with your TAFE network account used for logging onto all TAFE systems including classroom computers and applications such as Blackboard and Student Portal.
